2009-2010 Fundraising

Holiday Pie Fundraiser starts October 6. 
Please look for the fundraising packages in your child’s backpack. Your support with the fundraiser helps pay for agendas, the pre-school music program, library, art, music, computer and gym equipment donations, field trips, just to name a few. We need your support !!!

Items will be delivered the Monday before Thanksgiving.

The NPTA Executive Committee has set a fundraising goal of $50,000 for the 2009-2010 school year. We need your help to get there, we can do it if we all work together. Here's to a great year for fundraising...to support all the great programs that all our children benefit from.

Northbridge PTA will be participating in
The Great Lakes Script Program

What is Great Lakes Script?:
This program allows you to purchase gift cards from us for the places you or someone you know likes to shop.  Every time you purchase gift cards (issued by the merchants), a percentage of the gift card price will go to the Northbridge PTA for funding this program.

What merchants are included in the program?:
The attached order form includes only some of the merchants you may be interested in shopping at. Some examples are Old Navy, Shaws, Dunkin Donuts, etc. For a complete listing of all the participating merchants, please go to www.glscrip.com.

What are the advantages of this program?:
Orders are placed each month during the school year
It is a convenient, hassle free way to purchase gift cards with not additional (or hidden) costs.
You buy what you would normally buy and spend what you would normally spend
These are great for gifts
And most importantly, you will be contributing to your School’s Enrichment programs that are for our children

How do purchase gift cards?
Return the completed order form along with a check payable to NPTA for the full face value of the card(s). You can order as much as you want or as little as you want.  The PTA will order the cards for you and deliver them to your child’s classroom once they come in, unless prior arrangements have been made. IMPORTANT TO NOTE:  Orders MUST be returned by the scheduled Tuesday’s date listed below in order for a quick turnaround time. Orders should be returned within 14 days.
