Northbridge Education Foundation

The Northbridge Education Foundation is an independent, community-based, non-profit organization which awards funds, via grants to the Northbridge Public School System for the benefit of its students.

Don't forget to purchase your membership to the 1000 Club before the next monthly drawing.

Phase II of the Buy-a-Brick campaign is currently running.  Go to the NEF website for more information.

NHS Operation Graduation 2010

Operation graduation began in 1991 and is organized by parents to keep our graduating seniors safe on graduation night. The planning and fundraising go on all year long. Information to come soon for the plans for 2010 and how you can get involved.

Whitin Community Center to host “Tanglewood in Whitin Park”

The Whitin Community Center will be host to a Big Band concert on Saturday, September 12th from 4:30 to 7 pm. Tanglewood in Whitin Park will feature the music of the Point ‘n’ Swing Band. Bring a blanket or chair, tap your feet, sing along or dance the time away. Beer, wine, soda, water and snacks will be available for purchase. The event will be held at the Gerry Gaudette Pavilion in Whitin Park. In case of inclement weather, the event will be held in the Whitin Community Center gymnasium.  Either way, you’ll be “in the mood” for a fantastic, fun-filled time while supporting the mission of the Whitin Community Center.

Tickets are on sale now at the Whitin Community Center, 60 Main St., Whitinsville, MA or call 508.234.8184. Ticket prices:  $10/ Adult, $20/Family and $8/Seniors. Tickets will also be available for purchase on the evening of the event.  This event is handicap and wheelchair accessible.
